 Sitting
high on the success of his Mankatha, Director Venkat Prabhu is
all set to get his new project rolling. If it was Ajith ,
joining the director for his 50th whirlpool release – turning
out to be 2011’s top grosser, this new project from Venkat will
have none other than hero Surya donning the lead role.
News just popped in, that the director is planning an all-in-all
action flick with a heavy dose of comedy for the taking. He has
been busy sketching out the characters for his next release, as
he disclosed that Surya’s role has been scripted in such a way
that it brings forth an interesting side of the actor.
When quizzed if he had plans of roping in
multiple heroines opposite the lead, just like his efforts in
Mankatha, Venkat replied in affirmative saying, “We are looking
for some fresh faces but assuredly the movie will have more than
one heroine, maybe even three.”
The rest of the cast and crew have yet to be finalized, even
though there are talks of roping in composer Yuvan Shankar Raja
to score the music, for this action entertainer too. Hero Surya
will join the director’s camp, soon after he is done away with
K.V. Anand’s Maatraan duties. |
