Jai got introduced into films with ‘Bhagavathi’ in 2002. His career climbed to a new high with the successes of ‘Chennai 600028’ and ‘Subramaniyapuram’. He joined the layer of frontrunners with his successes of ‘Saroja’ and ‘Aval Peyar Thamizharasi’.

When all was going well, the films ‘Goa’ and ‘Kanimozhi’ came that bombed at box-office. The actor is now at a point where he has to deliver some hits to do all the damage control and strengthen his career again.

 The talented star is looking forward to the release of ‘Engeyum Eppothum’ that he pairs with Anjali in a romantic and humour milieu. Hope the film, directed by debutant Saravanan and produced by ace director A R Murugadoss, will bring a new ray of light in his young career.
