It looks beauty queen Rakul Preet Singh is climbing the Kollywood ladder very fast. The Delhi girl is one of the finalists of Femina Miss India 2011.

The latest is that the upcoming star is been roped in for a Kannada remake. ‘Josh’ a mega hit Kannada film is being remade in Tamil. The pretty girl is doing the female lead that was done by Poorna in ‘Josh’. Siddharth Rajkumar, who is the cousin of Tollywood heartthrob Prabhas, plays the lead character. R. N. Charan, an assistant of K. Bhagyaraj and Vincent Selva is directing the Tamil version.

Rakul Preet Singh is already busy shooting for her Telugu flick ‘Keratan’ with Siddharth Rajkumar. After finishing ‘Keratan’ she will begin her Tamil projects with Arun Vijay’s ‘Thadaiyara Thaka’ and Siddharth Rajkumar’s ‘Yuvan’.
